Let’s Work Together

If you believe therapy can be a place where deep patterns are uncovered, honored, and transformed — where clients feel truly seen — we’d love to meet you. Join a group practice that values curiosity, cultural humility, and the art of meaningful change.

ABOUT US

We are a group practice deeply invested in the process of exploring those elusive yet intimately familiar patterns that shape and inhibit individual lives in profoundly unique ways. Our therapeutic approach provides a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space to collaborate with clients to put words and meaning to these ingrained “loops” as we strive to bring peace, gain insight, and promote meaningful change. With a commitment to compassion, curiosity, and humility, we work to deepen our understanding of the complex interplay of culture, history, pain, passion, vulnerability, and strength that shapes each client’s internal life.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking provisional and/or fully licensed therapists regardless of their preferred modality or theoretical orientation, focusing more on a potential employee’s commitment to exploration and openness. This is a position with flexible scheduling—ideal for clinicians who want autonomy while working in a supportive group practice.
