Sometimes we lose sight of who we are. Sometimes life moves so fast, or experiences weigh so heavily, that we never truly have the chance to discover ourselves. Whether you feel disconnected, unsure of your identity and purpose, or simply searching for clarity, therapy can be a space to pause and begin again.
As a therapist, I believe healing begins in a space where people feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I am here to walk alongside you as you explore your life experiences and the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced, or set aside. Together, we will gently work through what you’ve been carrying and create space for understanding, healing, and growth.
I bring over ten years of experience working in education, supporting individuals through emotional, academic, and life challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Roosevelt University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois. My background allows me to approach therapy with a deep understanding of development, transitions, and the impact of life experiences over time.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe in empowering you, helping you find your voice, and supporting you in discovering—or rediscovering—who you are and what gives your life meaning. Therapy with me is not about judgment or rushing the process, but about honoring your story and moving at a pace that feels safe and intentional.
I am here to support you as you reconnect with yourself, heal your soul, and step more fully into the person you are becoming. You do not have to navigate this journey alone—I would be honored to walk with you.
